Due to leave and sickness the move of the website to the new system has been delayed until the 8th April.

We apologise for this inconvenience but we are doing our best to get the system working as quick as possible.

Be Aware you will need to use your BA.com Email address and not a personal account.

If you had an account on the old website you will get moved over automatically, otherwise one of the team will manually approve your account in 5-7days.

We have seen Pilots have issue with the account move as they spell their name different on the New system v the Old system.  Surname and FICO must match for the auto transfer to work.

Once Registered you can check your account by logging in at:

www.customerfirstteam.org/login

Once logged in you will see your name and a logout button in the blue bar at the top of the screen.
